2. Morcilla with Pistachio

3. Bola de Carne
It sounds and is so simple, but it is so good! A deep fried ball of meat with delicious sauces. You can find this pintxo at Zeruko as well.

5. Anything with Txistorra
Txistorra in talo (the Basque tortilla), txistorra on bread, txistorra on its own. I will eat any pintxo involving txistorra, the very flavorful Basque sausage. You can find this anywhere.
